Terms of Service

You need to be at least 13. If you're under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms for you.

Give accurate details, keep your sign-in secure, and expect to be responsible for what happens under your account. One account per person.

Please don't:

• Use Nopala unlawfully, or to harass or abuse anyone.
• Attack, overload, or try to break into the service.
• Scrape it, resell access, or use it to build a competing product.
• Submit content you don't have the right to share.

We may suspend accounts that do these things.

What you say in a session and the phrases you save stay yours. We store and process them only to run the service — scoring your session and showing your progress back to you.

Scores and coaching are generated by software. They're an estimate and can be wrong. Don't treat them as proof of proficiency, as a replacement for a qualified teacher, or as valid for any academic, immigration, or employment purpose.

Nopala is under active development: features may change and it may be unavailable at times. It comes without warranties, and to the extent the law allows we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost data, or lost opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited. How we handle your data is covered in the Privacy Policy.
